About the role

The role works closely with founders and FDE leadership on strategic initiatives, enterprise customer engagements, technical challenges and cross-functional execution across Product, Engineering, Sales and Customer Success.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with founders and FDE leadership on high-priority strategic initiatives
• Partner with FDE engineers on enterprise customer engagements, technical challenges and deployments
• Understand customer problems and translate them into actionable product and engineering requirements
• Identify recurring customer challenges and opportunities for product improvement
• Drive cross-functional initiatives from problem definition through execution
• Build processes and operating mechanisms to help the FDE organization scale

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, product, solutions engineering, business operations, engineering or a similar high-ownership role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work with technical teams, enterprise customers and senior leadership
• Strong execution mindset and ability to drive ambiguous problems to completion
• Ability to quickly understand technical products, customer requirements and business context
