Responsibilities

• Support the Founder's Office on strategic and operational initiatives
• Conduct research and analyze information to support decision-making
• Structure ambiguous problems and develop actionable insights
• Prepare analysis, presentations, and business reports
• Work independently on high-ownership projects
• Support initiatives across operations, finance, product, research, and strategy
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders

Requirements

• Final-year student or recent graduate from a strong undergraduate or postgraduate program
• Strong analytical ability and structured thinking
• High ownership and accountability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently in an unstructured, fast-moving environment
