Terms of Service
HireDoor terms of service: rules for using the platform, employer obligations, premium subscriptions, and intellectual property.
Use of the platform
HireDoor is a job discovery platform. We aggregate and verify listings but are not the employer. Applications are submitted directly to companies. You must provide accurate information in your profile and applications.
Employer accounts
Employers posting jobs must provide accurate listing information and comply with applicable labor laws. Fake, misleading, or discriminatory postings will be removed and accounts may be suspended.
Premium services
HireDoor Premium is a paid subscription with features described on the pricing page. Subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled. Refunds are handled per our refund policy.
Intellectual property
HireDoor content, branding, and platform design are owned by HireDoor Inc. You may not scrape, copy, or redistribute listing data without written permission.
Limitation of liability
HireDoor is provided "as is." We are not responsible for hiring decisions, employer conduct, or the accuracy of third-party application pages.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Last updated: January 2025.
