About the role
Kotak Bank is hiring a Data Scientist for opportunities in Mumbai/Bangalore. The role involves working across Retail Credit Risk and Marketing Data Science. You will develop and enhance credit risk models for retail unsecured lending products including Credit Cards and Personal Loans, build propensity and channel affinity models for customer acquisition, engagement, cross-sell and portfolio growth, generate actionable customer insights through advanced analytics and machine learning, and partner with business stakeholders to translate data into impactful strategies and measurable outcomes. Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related disciplines.
- Strong hands-on experience in Python.
- Strong hands-on experience in SQL.
- Strong hands-on experience in PySpark.
- Strong hands-on experience in Machine Learning.
- Strong understanding of Probability and Statistics.
