Data Entry Intern

About the role

Weekday is hiring a Data Entry Intern for a remote 3-month internship. The role involves high-volume document annotation, drawing accurate bounding boxes around fields, text blocks, tables and signatures, classifying annotations, reviewing data quality, and helping improve annotation processes.

Responsibilities

• Draw accurate bounding boxes around relevant regions in documents
• Label and classify annotations according to project guidelines
• Maintain consistent and accurate annotations across large document batches
• Flag ambiguous documents, edge cases, and gaps in guidelines
• Review and correct annotations to maintain quality
• Help improve the labeling process for better speed and consistency

Requirements

• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Patience and ability to perform repetitive work consistently
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines
• Strong ownership of assigned work
• Comfortable with repetitive, screen-heavy work
• Ability to work Monday–Saturday
