About the role
RISE is hiring a Technology and Automations Associate in Bangalore to help build and scale its internal technology and automation systems. The role involves designing and maintaining workflows across operations, sales, marketing, and academic delivery, while improving the company's website, internal tools, integrations, and business processes. Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain automation workflows across CRM, email, onboarding, payments, and internal tools.
- Develop automation solutions using low-code and code-based platforms.
- Maintain and improve the RISE website, landing pages, and internal portals.
- Integrate web forms, CRMs, databases, and analytics tools.
- Write and maintain scripts, APIs, and system integrations using Python, JavaScript, and other programming tools.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and develop scalable automated solutions.
- Build systems supporting admissions, mentor management, finance, and customer support.
- Test automations, forms, and internal systems for reliability.
- Document workflows and systems so they are easy for non-technical teams to use.
- Own automation and technology projects from planning through implementation and maintenance.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in computer science, software engineering, automation, or a related technical role.
- Working knowledge of Python, JavaScript, SQL, or similar programming languages.
- Familiarity with website-building tools, APIs, and databases.
- Understanding of workflow automation and system integrations.
- Experience with or strong interest in Zapier, Make, CRMs, or similar automation platforms.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to understand business problems and translate them into technical solutions.
- Strong ownership and ability to take projects from start to finish.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving requirements.
