Responsibilities

• Observe and gain experience in application monitoring, including monitoring application processes, incident and fault analysis, and simple rectification.
• Gain knowledge to manage low to medium production technical support tasks and activities.
• Perform scheduling and production monitoring of applications.
• Learn administration of applications related to services.
• Gain experience with non-code related application configuration activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, specifically Graduate BSc or BCA.
• 12+3 academic years of education.
• Minimum 60% throughout academics in 10th, 12th and college.
• Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills.
• Ability to take up challenging tasks.
• Ability to speak, read and write English.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical and technical skills.
• Subject knowledge related to graduation.
• Ethical approach to work.
