Responsibilities
- Provide technical support via phone, chat, and email

Requirements
- 2025, 2026, or 2027 batch
- Engineering or equivalent degree
- Knowledge of DBMS, RDBMS, Linux CLI tools, SQL, and REST APIs
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of SQL queries and programming is an added advantage
