Responsibilities
- Monitor client IT infrastructure including servers, networks, applications, and cloud environments.
- Identify, acknowledge, and respond to alerts and events according to defined runbooks and SOPs.
- Log incidents and document observations.
- Escalate critical issues to senior engineers.
- Perform routine health checks on systems, network devices, and services.
- Assist in generating operational reports.
- Support change management validation.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls.
Requirements
- Engineering graduate in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Telecom, or a related field.
- 2026 batch only.
- Basic awareness of networking concepts including OSI model, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
- Basic understanding of server fundamentals.
- Willingness to work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment, including nights and weekends.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
