Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for technology roles through LinkedIn, Naukri and other platforms.
• Match candidate profiles to the technical requirements in each job description.
• Hold first conversations and HR screening calls with candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters and hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases and hiring reports.
• Support job postings, offer documentation and candidate follow-ups.
• Assist with hiring drives, employer branding and other talent acquisition work.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring processes.
• Ability to understand basic technical job requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri and other sourcing platforms is an advantage.
