Own recruiting pipelines from sourcing to offer for technical and non-technical roles
Conduct structured first-round interviews to evaluate candidates
Work directly with the founding team to refine sourcing strategies and hiring standards
Take ownership of candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Move strong candidates through the recruitment process quickly
Evaluate candidates across different seniority levels and technical domains

Requirements

Primarily undergraduate students of the 2026 batch
No prior HR or recruiting experience is required
Strong clarity of thought
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to conduct clear and thoughtful conversations
Ability to understand and evaluate candidates across different seniority levels and technical domains
