Responsibilities

• Assist with finding and hiring talent across the recruitment lifecycle.
• Source and screen candidates.
• Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Work closely with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
• Take ownership of assigned recruitment activities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Fresher or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
• Passion for building a career in Talent Acquisition.
• Energetic, dynamic, and self-motivated attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn, take ownership, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
