About the role

OptimHire is hiring Software Engineering Interns to build integrations between internal and third-party systems and develop backend automation workflows. Interns will work with Node.js, TypeScript, AWS services, REST APIs, webhooks, and automation workflows while collaborating with engineering teams. Responsibilities

Build integrations between internal and third-party business systems
Develop backend automation workflows using Node.js and TypeScript
Work with AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, and API Gateway
Build and consume REST APIs and webhooks
Participate in code reviews and collaborate with engineering teams
Debug, optimize, and enhance automation workflows

Requirements

Basic knowledge of Node.js and TypeScript
Understanding of REST APIs and Postman
Familiarity with AWS Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, and API Gateway
Basic knowledge of Git and version control
Exposure to React or frontend concepts
Passion for coding and continuous learning
