About the role
Innoventes Technologies is hiring Software Engineer Trainees – AI & Full Stack for its hybrid Bengaluru office. This opportunity is open to 2024, 2025, and 2026 graduates from premier engineering institutes. Candidates should have strong proficiency in Python, hands-on experience with React.js, a solid understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms, REST APIs, Git, and modern full-stack development practices. Knowledge of LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Vector Embeddings, Vector Databases, and AI frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex is an added advantage. Trainees will work on cutting-edge AI-powered products, gain hands-on experience with GenAI technologies, and collaborate with experienced AI practitioners. Requirements
- Open to 2024/2025/2026 graduates
- B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech from a premier engineering institute
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Hands-on experience with React.js
- Good understanding of LLMs, RAG, Vector Embeddings, and Vector Databases
- Knowledge of LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI frameworks is a plus
- Strong Data Structures & Algorithms fundamentals
- Experience building REST APIs and working with databases
- Familiarity with Git and modern development practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
