Responsibilities
- Write clean and working code for features, integrations, and customer-specific configurations.
- Contribute to core HROne product features.
- Write unit and integration tests.
- Build and maintain automated functional, API, and regression test scripts.
- Work on data modelling and backend logic.
- Create and maintain API documentation, technical runbooks, and internal documentation.
- Debug issues across data, API, and integration layers.
- Collaborate with senior engineers, pod leads, and product/customer-facing teams.
- Learn new tools, frameworks, and parts of the HROne platform.
Requirements
- 0-1 years of experience; freshers are eligible.
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on coding ability.
- Hands-on experience with Python.
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB.
- Understanding of data structures and basic algorithms.
- Understanding of APIs and databases.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Curious, self-driven, and strong problem-solving attitude.
