Responsibilities

• Build software applications and deliver enhancements supporting fund accounting and trade processing technology
• Develop software solutions using test-driven and Agile development methodologies
• Implement system upgrades and features focused on resiliency, capacity, automation, and controls
• Build integrations with internal systems, external vendors, and services
• Work with DevOps teams to resolve operational issues and leverage CI/CD platforms
• Contribute to cloud migration initiatives to improve platform stability, scalability, and performance
• Modernize and scale platforms through technology upgrades and re-architecting business processes
• Develop high-capacity integrations and applications for trade processing and financial products
• Manage internal and prime broker data and contribute to data warehouse development
• Collaborate with other technology teams on cross-departmental initiatives

Requirements

• 2-5 years of professional software development experience
• Strong experience in Java
• Experience with Python, Java, or .NET technologies
• Strong SQL development skills and experience with large-scale data warehouses
• Experience with messaging architectures, high-volume streaming, or transaction processing systems
• Experience building and consuming RESTful services
