Responsibilities
- Build AI agents and harnesses for software development and learning
- Develop end-to-end products across frontend, backend, APIs and infrastructure
- Build tools using coding agents to improve software development and learning
- Develop reliable production systems used by a growing learner community
- Work directly with the CTO on new product capabilities
- Launch and scale AI-agent systems
- Improve system reliability and capabilities
- Take ownership of problems from idea to production software
- Work across different parts of the technology stack
- Build products capable of serving large numbers of users
Requirements
- Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of software development experience
- Strong software engineering fundamentals
- Experience building full-stack projects or products
- Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, Docker, Azure or AWS
- Practical experience using coding agents such as Codex or Claude Code
- Ability to take a problem from idea to working production software
- Ability to learn quickly
- Comfort working across different parts of the technology stack
