Responsibilities
- Create automations for sales, marketing, GTM and operations workflows
- Build and maintain websites, landing pages, forms and conversion flows
- Build prototypes, experiments and internal tools
- Develop integrations with CRMs, analytics platforms, marketing tools and internal systems
- Use AI coding tools, especially Claude Code, to accelerate development
- Test new ideas quickly before scaling them into core products
- Improve internal workflows through scripts, dashboards, lightweight applications and agentic automations
- Own projects end-to-end from scoping and development to launch, measurement and iteration
- Build AI-powered workflows for support, GTM and internal research
- Maintain and improve company websites and growth-focused product surfaces
Requirements
- Strong software engineering fundamentals
- Strong proficiency with Claude Code and AI-assisted development workflows
- Experience building web applications, scripts, automations and integrations end-to-end
- Comfortable working across frontend and backend development
- Ability to ship prototypes quickly while maintaining good engineering judgment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable working directly with founders and non-technical stakeholders
