About the role

Juspay Technologies is hiring Software Engineer - Backend candidates for its Bangalore team. The role involves solving complex backend and large-scale payment technology problems across Juspay's Centres of Excellence. Engineers work on frameworks, business logic, API integrations, reliability, performance, distributed systems, and infrastructure powering large-scale digital payments. What You'll Be Doing: * Build backend business logic to handle evolving payment requirements including UPI, integrations, and authentication. * Work with functional programming to express complex payment logic concisely. * Develop and integrate APIs for payment systems. * Solve reliability and performance problems occurring at large scale. * Work on highly available and scalable payment infrastructure. * Contribute to distributed computing and multi-data-center architectures. * Work on frameworks and platforms that streamline application development. * Build self-service features that allow end users to efficiently modify and customize applications. * Contribute to intelligent payment operations, automation, and large-scale systems.
