Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and support business-critical REST-based APIs and web applications.
• Take end-to-end ownership of software engineering and delivery.
• Build scalable, maintainable, performant, and secure applications.
• Collaborate with senior design stakeholders to translate user experience solutions into technically feasible implementations.
• Implement development standards and ensure high code quality.
• Manage and support CI/CD pipelines.
• Promote secure software delivery practices across the development lifecycle.
• Participate in architecture discussions and integration activities.
• Collaborate with global teams across different regions.
• Contribute to strategic technology decisions supporting DHL's digital transformation.

Requirements

• Experience with Java, React, REST API development, and Spring Boot is highly valued.
• Good knowledge of building secure cloud-native applications.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work under time and workload pressure.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Interest or exposure to generative AI and agentic AI is advantageous.
