Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable backend systems
- Build and maintain REST APIs and microservices
- Work with distributed systems and cloud technologies
- Optimize database and caching performance
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams
- Write clean, maintainable, and production-ready code
- Participate in architecture and system design discussions
- Take end-to-end ownership of backend services
Requirements
- 2021, 2022, 2023, or 2024 graduate
- Strong experience in Java or Golang
- Experience building scalable backend systems and REST APIs
- Good understanding of databases, distributed systems, caching, and cloud technologies
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude or Cursor
- Strong product engineering mindset with end-to-end ownership
- Open-source contributions, side projects, or active GitHub profile are a plus
- Experience with React or Full Stack development is a plus
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, Redis, AWS, or GCP is preferred
- Strong problem-solving and system design skills
