About the role
Revrag AI Technology Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Software Developer Interns (Backend) for a 6-month full-time internship in Bengaluru, with a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on performance. Interns will work with the core engineering team to build and improve the backend systems and APIs that power Revrag AI's production-grade Voice AI and LLM-powered automation products. The role involves building scalable backend services, working with databases and integrations, debugging production systems, and contributing to real-world AI-powered workflows. Responsibilities
- Build and improve backend features, APIs, and services.
- Work on product workflows involving Voice AI and in-app AI agents.
- Design and work with data models, databases, and system integrations.
- Write clean, testable, and production-ready code.
- Debug and fix issues and improve the reliability of existing systems.
- Collaborate with senior engineers on system design and implementation.
- Participate in code reviews and engineering discussions.
- Contribute to documentation and internal engineering tools.
- Assist with deployment and backend infrastructure workflows.
- Ship meaningful backend features or improvements to production.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Good programming fundamentals, preferably in Python.
- Understanding of Data Structures, APIs, and web concepts.
- Familiarity with at least one backend framework such as FastAPI, Flask, Django, or similar.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and databases.
- Understanding of REST APIs and client-server architecture.
- Ability to debug issues and learn new systems quickly.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong learning ability and ownership mindset.
