About the role

Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and implement scalable backend services and APIs
- Develop backend data processing pipelines and third-party integrations
- Own the complete software development lifecycle from design to production
- Build and optimize highly available cloud-native applications
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable production-grade code
- Perform testing, profiling, debugging, and code reviews
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver new platform capabilities
- Improve system scalability, performance, and reliability
- Contribute to API documentation and developer experience improvements
Requirements
- 2019, 2020, 2021, or 2022 batch
- Strong experience in backend software development
- Excellent knowledge of TypeScript, Node.js, Express.js, React, and MongoDB
- Experience designing and scaling REST APIs and backend services
- Strong understanding of software architecture and distributed systems
- Hands-on experience building cloud-based applications
- Excellent debugging, testing, and code quality practices
- Python experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience generating or maintaining API documentation is a plus
- Strong communication, ownership, and problem-solving skills
