Responsibilities

• Build and maintain production backend systems.
• Develop scalable backend services using Python or Go.
• Design and implement REST and gRPC APIs.
• Build and maintain production microservices.
• Contribute to system design, data structures, and distributed systems.
• Optimize PostgreSQL or MySQL queries and database schemas.
• Work with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar messaging systems.
• Implement caching solutions using Redis.
• Develop and maintain cloud-native infrastructure using AWS or GCP.
• Work with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Build reliable, low-latency, high-throughput backend systems.
• Contribute to audit trails and financial data workflows.

Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience building production backend systems.
• Strong proficiency in Python or Go with willingness to work across both.
• Solid grounding in system design, data structures, and distributed systems.
• Experience designing REST and gRPC APIs.
• Production experience with microservices.
• Hands-on PostgreSQL or MySQL experience including query and schema optimization.
