About the role

ERIC Robotics is hiring ROS Interns in Pune to work on robotic systems, sensor integration, navigation, localization, and motion control. The role involves working with ROS 2, C++/Python, robotic sensors, debugging tools, simulation environments, and real-world robotics systems. Candidates should have strong problem-solving skills, a passion for robotics, and the ability to work collaboratively in a technical team.

Responsibilities

Work with ROS 2 and its communication paradigms.
Develop and debug robotics software using C++ and/or Python.
Work with robotic sensors such as LiDAR, cameras, IMU, and encoders.
Apply navigation, localization, and control concepts such as Nav2 and SLAM.
Debug and analyze robotic systems using RViz, rqt, ROS 2 CLI tools, and logs.
Collaborate with the robotics engineering team.

Requirements

Strong understanding of ROS 2 and its communication paradigms.
Proficiency in C++ and/or Python.
Familiarity with robotic sensors such as LiDAR, cameras, IMU, and encoders.
Basic understanding of navigation, localization, and control concepts such as Nav2 and SLAM.
Experience debugging and analyzing systems using RViz, rqt, ROS 2 CLI tools, and logs.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively.
