Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using ReactJS, functional components, hooks, and state management.
- Develop mobile applications using React Native for Android and iOS.
- Build offline-capable mobile flows for field usage.
- Convert Figma UI/UX designs into pixel-accurate, responsive, mobile-first interfaces.
- Implement PWA patterns including installability and asset caching.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend REST APIs.
- Handle authentication, SSO/OAuth, error states, and data caching.
- Build dashboards, data grids, map/GIS views, and reporting screens.
- Optimize application rendering performance.
- Implement code-splitting, lazy loading, and secure token storage.
- Write clean, testable, peer-reviewed code.
- Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and bug-fixing cycles.
- Collaborate with QA teams to maintain automation-friendly components.
- Support UAT and production releases.
- Perform structured root-cause analysis for production issues.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of relevant work experience.
- Hands-on project experience with ReactJS and React Native.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Strong knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3.
- Experience with Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap.
- Experience building responsive and cross-browser interfaces.
- Experience integrating REST APIs using JSON and asynchronous patterns.
- Experience with Redux, Zustand, or Context for state management.
- Experience with Git/GitHub or Azure DevOps.
- Understanding of branching, pull requests, and code reviews.
- Ability to work in an agile, sprint-driven environment.
