About the role
NTT DATA is hiring experienced Quality Engineers to build enterprise-scale Quality Engineering practices for AI-powered applications. This remote role focuses on test automation, AI validation, RAG systems, LLM testing, performance engineering, and enterprise quality strategy. Responsibilities
- Define enterprise-wide Quality Engineering strategies and standards
- Design and maintain automation frameworks and test suites
- Lead testing strategy for AI and Generative AI applications
- Develop automated validation for LLM outputs and RAG pipelines
- Perform API, integration, regression, and performance testing
- Develop contract tests for enterprise integrations
- Build testing strategies for AI workflows and human-in-the-loop systems
- Review architecture and design documents from a QA perspective
- Mentor Quality Engineers and drive engineering excellence
- Monitor quality metrics and continuously improve QA processes
Requirements
- 5-10 years of Quality Engineering experience
- Strong experience designing automation frameworks
- Experience with Selenium, API testing, and performance testing
- Knowledge of AI testing, LLM evaluation, and RAG validation
- Understanding of Python and automation scripting
- Experience with CI/CD and enterprise software development
- Knowledge of contract testing frameworks such as Pact
- Experience with observability tools like Prometheus or Grafana is preferred
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Experience mentoring QA teams is highly desirable
