Responsibilities
- Create and execute test scenarios and test cases.
- Perform functional testing, regression testing, and UAT.
- Understand and follow SDLC and STLC processes.
- Participate in Agile project environments.
- Track the complete defect lifecycle.
- Report and manage bugs using tools such as Jira, TestRail, and Redmine.
- Perform testing and document test results accurately.
- Use Excel and Google Sheets for test-related activities and reporting.
- Perform basic database testing and validation.
- Communicate directly with clients regarding testing activities and issues.
Requirements
- Candidates from the 2023, 2024, or 2025 batch.
- Experience in manual software testing.
- Strong knowledge of test scenario and test case creation and execution.
- Experience with functional testing, regression testing, and UAT.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.
- Experience working in Agile projects.
- Knowledge of defect lifecycle and bug reporting tools.
- Experience with Jira, TestRail, Redmine, or similar tools.
- Good knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.
- Basic database knowledge.
- Strong communication skills.
- Prior direct client communication experience is required.
