Responsibilities
- Build production-grade software using Python.
- Develop AI agent solutions using frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.
- Implement LLM-powered applications using prompting, tool calling, RAG, embeddings, context management, and memory systems.
- Design modular and platform-agnostic AI architectures.
- Build APIs, microservices, reusable frameworks, and extensible SDKs.
- Follow SDLC practices including CI/CD, version control, code reviews, and testing.
- Implement agent evaluation and observability capabilities.
- Work with tracing frameworks and custom evaluation harnesses.
- Apply AI governance practices including guardrails, access control, auditability, and human oversight.
- Develop reusable and extensible Gen AI solutions for enterprise applications.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Hands-on experience building production-grade software.
- Practical experience with agentic frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.
- Solid understanding of LLM fundamentals.
- Knowledge of prompting, tool/function calling, RAG, embeddings, context management, and memory systems.
- Understanding of modular and platform-agnostic architectures.
- Understanding of SDLC processes including CI/CD, version control, code review, and testing.
- Experience with API design and microservices.
- Experience building extensible and reusable frameworks or SDKs.
- Familiarity with agent evaluation and observability tooling.
- Strong understanding of AI governance concepts.
- Knowledge of guardrails, access control, auditability, and human oversight.
