Responsibilities
- Coordinate tasks and follow-ups across cross-functional teams.
- Support project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking using Asana or similar tools.
- Maintain project timelines, documentation, and task updates.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Supply Chain, QC, Product, and Operations teams.
- Participate in meetings, prepare MOMs, and track action items.
- Identify bottlenecks and support issue escalation.
- Assist with product launches and operational activities.
- Prepare weekly project progress reports and stakeholder updates.
Requirements
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
- Familiarity with Asana, Trello, Notion, Jira, or similar tools is a plus.
- Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace/MS Office.
- Project management certifications such as CAPM, Agile, or Scrum are an added advantage.
