Responsibilities

• Coordinate timelines across group projects.
• Track project dates, owners, versions, and deliverables.
• Follow up persistently and politely with stakeholders, including senior stakeholders.
• Maintain spreadsheets, trackers, timelines, and status sheets.
• Organize structured project documents and maintain accurate file naming.
• Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are followed.
• Identify issues and exercise sound judgment on when to escalate versus self-solve.
• Support project coordination and reporting activities.
• Assist with meeting documentation and follow-ups.

Requirements

• Clear and concise written English.
• Strong organizational instincts and ability to hold timelines in group projects.
• Persistent and polite follow-up skills, including with senior stakeholders.
• Comfort with spreadsheets and structured documents such as trackers, timelines, and status sheets.
• Strong attention to detail regarding dates, owners, versions, and file naming.
• Sound judgment on escalations versus self-solving.
