About the role
Pramerica is hiring Products Interns with a potential pre-placement offer (PPO). The role focuses on data analysis, reporting, database management, process improvement, and supporting management decision-making through data-driven insights. Responsibilities
- Generate and analyze daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
- Create reports from multiple systems to support management decision-making.
- Collect, consolidate, and maintain data from various sources.
- Maintain and regularly update databases.
- Identify process improvements to streamline data collection and reporting.
- Perform data-driven analysis to improve efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness.
- Present analytical findings to management.
- Communicate process changes to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- MBA or B.Tech graduate.
- Strong knowledge of Excel, including advanced Excel and macros.
- Good knowledge of SQL queries and procedures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work with data from multiple sources.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
