About the role
Companion Labs is hiring Product Ops Interns for a remote internship. The company has raised $2.5M in seed funding from PeakXV and other reputed venture funds, with a team comprising former Flipkart, CRED, and Meesho employees. Interns will work closely with customers, conduct user research, identify product gaps, test product features, recruit user groups, and help improve customer experience. Candidates should be passionate about consumer products, user psychology, and product operations, and should be available to work at least 7 hours daily (preferably 1–8 PM). Responsibilities
- Talk with customers daily to understand issues and reduce churn
- Participate in daily standups with the product team
- Conduct user research
- Create curriculum and documentation
- Test product features
- Recruit and manage user groups
- Identify customer pain points and product improvements
Requirements
- Open to 2025/2026/2027/2028 graduates
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for talking to users
- Available for at least 7 hours daily (preferably 1–8 PM)
- Ability to extract insights from user conversations
