About the role
Snapmint is looking for a Product Manager – Repayments to own and scale its end-to-end repayment experience. The role focuses on building seamless, reliable, and scalable payment and collections systems that drive high repayment success, reduce delinquencies, and improve customer trust. Responsibilities
- Own repayments and payments charter end-to-end, including EMI collections, prepayments, retries, refunds, reversals, and reconciliation.
- Define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for repayment flows.
- Drive continuous improvement of repayment success rates and reduction in payment failures.
- Design intuitive and frictionless repayment journeys across app, web, and reminders including push, SMS, WhatsApp, and email.
- Optimize checkout, autopay setup, mandate flows, and fallback mechanisms.
Requirements
- Experience in product management, preferably in payments, lending, fintech, or related domains.
- Strong understanding of payment and repayment systems.
- Ability to define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-first mindset with a focus on improving repayment experiences.
