Responsibilities

• Conduct product discovery by identifying patient, clinician and care team pain points
• Translate ambiguous problems into clear product requirements, workflows and success metrics
• Partner with engineering, design, clinical and operational teams to prototype and iterate on AI-powered product experiences
• Build mock prototypes and contribute to solution development
• Support customer and user research activities
• Contribute to prototyping solutions and shipping product work

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science or a related field
• Expected graduation in December 2027 or May/June 2028
• Prior internship or equivalent experience working on products, technology, healthcare or customer problems
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to structure ambiguous questions
• Product-first mindset
