Responsibilities

• Support product management initiatives and day-to-day product activities
• Understand customer needs and apply customer empathy to product decisions
• Analyze customer experience and identify opportunities for improvement
• Contribute to user journey mapping and product experience improvements
• Collaborate with team members on product-related initiatives
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver them within tight timelines

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, preferably Computer Science or a related field
• Strong interest in product management and customer experience
• Understanding of customer empathy and user journey mapping
• High ownership and accountability
• Comfortable working in fast-changing, high-pressure environments
• Ability to work effectively within tight timelines
