Responsibilities

• Understand restaurant and retail requirements and distinguish between what customers ask for and what they actually need.
• Break vague business problems into small, actionable, and measurable problems.
• Analyze numbers and data independently to understand what they indicate.
• Work closely with operations teams to understand real-world product behavior.
• Investigate issues such as rider cancellations and failed orders.
• Help prioritize what should be built next based on business impact.
• Explain and defend product decisions using data and business reasoning.
• Monitor product releases and evaluate whether they achieved the intended outcome.

Requirements

• Strong curiosity and willingness to investigate why problems occur.
• Ability to understand and clearly communicate why an issue happened.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to make decisions objectively using business goals and data.
• Comfort working with messy or imperfect data.
• Ability to break complex problems into smaller actionable tasks.
