Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day business and operational activities
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for smooth operations
• Maintain and update operational records and reports
• Assist with documentation, data management and process-related activities
• Handle queries and follow up with relevant teams for timely resolution
• Support process improvement and other operational activities

Requirements

• MBA fresher from a relevant specialization
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Basic proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow
