About the role
Bright Money is hiring a Motion Designer Intern for its Bangalore team. The role focuses on using motion graphics, video, and animation to make personal finance products and stories more engaging and accessible. What You Will Do: * Assist in creating motion graphics-based videos for product features, tutorials, and brand campaigns. * Support the growth and brand team with brand videos, website visuals, and social media content. * Work with storyboards and contribute creative ideas for animation and design. * Collaborate with designers and marketers to understand briefs and translate them into engaging visuals. * Apply Bright's brand identity through animated storytelling. Ideal Candidate Profile: * Portfolio or samples of creative projects, including student, freelance, or personal work. * Basic knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro. * Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Figma. * Curiosity to learn 3D animation tools; Blender is a plus. * Strong eye for detail, aesthetics, and storytelling. * Willingness to research trends, experiment with ideas, and take feedback. * Strong communication and collaboration skills.
