About the role
Phantm is hiring ML Interns to build and optimize machine learning systems for LLM applications. Interns will design, implement, and evaluate models that reduce token usage while maintaining output quality, experiment with LLM configurations, build data pipelines, analyze performance metrics, and contribute to production-ready AI products.

Requirements

- Understanding of LLMs, NLP, and prompt engineering
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
