Responsibilities
- Deliver live technical training sessions and run coding labs.
- Mentor learners and unblock them during coding and technical challenges.
- Evaluate assignments, provide feedback, and track learner progress.
- Debug code with learners and strengthen their conceptual understanding.
- Develop course materials, hands-on exercises, cheat sheets, FAQs, guides, and assessments.
- Support senior trainers in maintaining learner engagement and outcomes.
- Travel to training deployments across locations as needed.
Requirements
- B.Tech/B.E. graduate from CS, IT, ECE, or a related branch.
- 2025 or 2026 graduate.
- Solid working knowledge of at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Confident and clear communication skills in English.
- Genuine interest in mentoring and helping learners succeed.
- Willingness to commit 3 years to the WILP program.
