About the role

VibrantHive is hiring a Junior Backend Engineer to build scalable cloud-native backend services using Python and FastAPI. You'll work on REST APIs, microservices, databases, asynchronous applications, and distributed systems in a product-focused engineering team.

Responsibilities

Develop RESTful APIs using Python and FastAPI
Build asynchronous backend services
Develop and maintain microservices
Integrate cloud services and third-party APIs
Implement event-driven workflows
Write unit and integration tests
Participate in code reviews
Debug production issues and improve reliability

Requirements

0-2 years of backend development experience
Strong Python fundamentals and OOP
Knowledge of FastAPI, Flask, or Django
Understanding of REST APIs and HTTP
Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
Experience with Git
