Responsibilities
- Assist with application installation, updates, and uninstalls on Windows and macOS endpoints.
- Troubleshoot common operating system, application, and connectivity issues for end users.
- Support ticket triage and resolution tracking using Freshservice or similar ITSM tools.
- Assist with basic software packaging, deployment, and testing tasks.
- Document SOPs and troubleshooting guides for common IT issues.
- Support patch management and software compliance checks.
- Assist with testing and QA of internal automation workflows using Power Automate and low-code tools.
- Provide general coordination support for ongoing IT projects.
Requirements
- Completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field in 2026.
- Working knowledge of Windows and macOS.
- Ability to install software and configure basic system settings.
- Understanding of common troubleshooting steps.
- Comfortable working hands-on in macOS environments.
- Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Eagerness to learn enterprise IT support practices.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, or similar for technical assistance and problem-solving.
