Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for laptops, desktops, Windows/Linux systems, and user issues.
• Assist in managing Microsoft 365, Entra ID, user accounts, SSO, MFA, and access control.
• Support FortiGate firewalls, VPNs, Cisco switches, Wi-Fi access points, and network troubleshooting.
• Monitor and maintain Bitdefender EDR and Trend Micro email security.
• Manage Endpoint Central.
• Assist with AWS, OpenStack, server infrastructure, and asset management.
• Manage IT tickets through Jira.
• Support access management for GitHub, GitLab, Confluence, and Jira.
• Maintain IT documentation.
• Assist with information security and compliance activities.
• Participate in information security initiatives, ISO audits, and compliance-related activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of IT support or system administration experience.
• Basic knowledge of networking.
• Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux systems.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365.
• Basic understanding of IT security and security best practices.
• Basic knowledge of cloud technologies.
• Good troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Good documentation skills.
