Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for laptops, desktops, Windows/Linux systems, and user issues.
- Assist with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, user accounts, SSO, MFA, and access control.
- Support firewalls, VPNs, switches, Wi-Fi access points, and network troubleshooting.
- Monitor endpoint and email security solutions.
- Assist with AWS, OpenStack, server infrastructure, and asset management.
- Manage IT tickets and access for GitHub, GitLab, Confluence, and Jira.
- Maintain IT documentation.
- Assist with information security, ISO audits, and compliance activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of IT support or system administration experience.
- Basic knowledge of networking.
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365.
- Basic understanding of IT security and cloud technologies.
- Good troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
