About the role
Opkey is hiring Intern - LLM Software Engineers to work on cutting-edge AI, NLP, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Generative AI initiatives. Interns will collaborate with experienced AI engineers and researchers to build, evaluate, and optimize machine learning models while contributing to enterprise-grade AI products. Outstanding performers may receive a full-time offer after the internship.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and evaluate AI/ML models.
- Work on NLP, LLM and Generative AI use cases.
- Research, benchmark and optimize AI models.
- Build machine learning pipelines and model architectures.
- Analyze and preprocess datasets.
- Develop AI prototypes for business problems.
- Read and implement ideas from research papers.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams.
- Document experiments and technical findings.
- Continuously learn emerging AI technologies.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed B.Tech, M.Tech, PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, AI, ML, Data Science or related field.
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Good understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Knowledge of NLP, LLMs and Generative AI.
- Strong Data Structures and Algorithms fundamentals.
- Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face or LangChain is preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Prior AI research or internship experience is a plus.
