Responsibilities
- Provide support for IT-related issues and service desk requests.
- Work with Windows and/or macOS systems, browsers, and mobile devices.
- Support cloud productivity tools such as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
- Apply basic networking concepts including IP, Wi-Fi, and VPN troubleshooting.
- Explore and use AI tools, automation, and modern IT systems.
- Resolve technical issues appropriately while following security and data protection practices.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with users while providing IT support.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of IT support or service desk concepts.
- Academic, project, or internship experience in IT support is acceptable.
- Familiarity with Windows and/or macOS, browsers, and mobile devices.
- Knowledge of cloud productivity tools such as Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts including IP, Wi-Fi, and VPN.
- Interest in AI tools, automation, and modern IT systems.
- Clear, calm, and audience-appropriate communication skills.
- Ability to resolve issues, escalate appropriately, and follow security and data protection practices.
