Responsibilities
- Support validation projects from start to finish, including planning, test development, execution, analysis, and issue closure.
- Design test algorithms and develop test programs for validating and characterizing NAND features, commands, timings, and currents.
- Perform characterization, debugging, and validation of NAND according to datasheet specifications and customer designs.
- Develop NAND validation and characterization programs to debug advanced NAND designs and features.
- Use high-speed tester hardware to perform functional and design validation of new NAND devices.
- Analyze large datasets related to NAND characteristics and evaluate design margins and functionality.
- Assist with NAND design bring-up, validation, reticle experiments, and firmware changes.
- Perform device characterization and electrical failure analysis using engineering benches and testers.
- Leverage AI-assisted coding and AI tools to automate workflows and improve validation efficiency.
Requirements
- Keen interest in design validation.
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor device physics, characterization techniques, and equipment.
- Strong organization, planning, and prioritization skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Software development proficiency such as C-based programming.
- Scripting experience with languages such as Perl or Python.
- Effective written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong self-motivation and enthusiasm.
- Strong presentation skills.
