Responsibilities
- Engineer infrastructure technology for public and private cloud environments.
- Build security, resilience, sustainability, and observability into infrastructure solutions.
- Use automation to provide testing and a route to live through CI/CD pipelines.
- Contribute to Infrastructure as Code solutions.
- Work with users to help them use infrastructure products effectively.
- Provide operational support for infrastructure products.
- Develop and maintain expertise across F5 ADC, GTM/GSLB, WAF, NGINX Ingress Controller, NGINX App Protect, and Broadcom AVI.
- Design and deliver secure, resilient, self-service application delivery services.
- Contribute to IaC and automation using GitLab and Ansible.
- Partner with application and platform teams to onboard workloads.
- Optimize traffic management, security, and availability.
- Provide engineering guidance for ingress, load balancing, and WAF services.
- Drive continuous improvement through automation and standardization.
Requirements
- Graduate / Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in software development or automation scripting.
- Knowledge of Python or Shell scripting.
- Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle.
- Experience with modern Infrastructure as Code tooling.
- Understanding of Agile working practices.
- Ability to collaborate with application and platform teams.
- Strong learning and problem-solving skills.
