Responsibilities
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams
- Support recruitment and talent acquisition activities

- Collaborate with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition practices
- Ability to screen resumes and coordinate interviews
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work collaboratively with hiring teams
